Hypertension chronic renal failure on the residual renal function

Objective: To study the different levels of hypertension in patients with chronic renal failure on the residual renal function and clinical effect.

Method: In accordance with standard 140/90, patients were divided into groups and good blood pressure control poor blood pressure control group, more regular follow-up of the two groups residual renal function, dialysis adequacy of the index, nutritional status and clinical outcome differences.

Results: peritoneal dialysis (peritoneal dialysis) patients in the incidence of hypertension was 92.3%. In 56 patients with hypertension 77.5% of the combined use of two or more antihypertensive drugs, with normal blood pressure control only 23 cases. Better control of blood pressure in patients with residual renal function and maintain full of good, cerebral vascular incident occurred less.

Conclusion: The peritoneal dialysis patients with hypertension will accelerate the loss of residual renal complications and increased production of blood pressure control in the stage of peritoneal dialysis and non-dialysis stage azotemia equally important.

Key words: hypertension peritoneal dialysis residual renal function
